Located opposite the beach in Avalon, on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Batch Patisserie is a family run business owned by husband and wife team Miro and Jo since 2006.
All of our products are baked fresh on the premises using the highest quality of ingredients.
Miro is a qualified pastry chef who before opening Batch, spent over 16 years working as a pastry chef in bakeries and fine dining restaurants in London, Auckland, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney.
Jo's background is in hospitality, corporate event management and cake design.
